Apple keeps that list private, so no app can read it for you. QAYTA opens the system list for you in one tap, and you tick what you saw. It takes about a minute.
On your device only. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. That also means deleting the app deletes the data, so export a CSV from Settings if you want a copy.
Check that notifications are allowed for QAYTA in the iOS Settings, and that the reminder switch is on in the app's own Settings screen.
